Where do you hire new staff from

I'm looking to expand. There a lot of websites for hiring new staff.

Which one do you recommend and why?

      Today, we more or less need to be, to make much sense out of the threads on the front page of the Main Marketing Forum, it seems.

      Many are a mystery to me.

      And among the others, a significant proportion of the responses seem to have absolutely nothing at all to do with the question originally asked (which was quite often asked last year or the year before, anyway). Sometimes my concentration's poor and the "fault" can easily be mine, in these instances, but I've certainly been thinking "Is it them, or is it me?" a little more than usual, today.

      It must be Friday, or something.
  • Since this is an internet marketing forum, the poster is probably asking about tasks such as writing, programming, design, etc.

    However Matt, it does kind of depend on the task. I find that oDesk is good for simple, monotonous tasks- though I did find an EXCELLENT copywriter on there. Sometimes you can find good people on Craigslist. And of course, there are tons of other freelance sites.

  • I think you need graphics designer, web designer & content writer. In this case you can have a look on freelancing market place, Warriors For Hire , Odesk, fiverr, Elance, Freelancer. Any one these.I hope you will get as you expect.

      1. Somebody who could do monotonous boring tasks, probably from Philippines
      2. Somebody who could develop WordPress plugins on a consistent basis
      3. I will need a copy writer for a sales page, sales video
      4. Designer
      5. Copy writer who would write emails for me daily
      6. Somebody who develop simple apps.

  • There are so many freelancing market, why you can hire form any one of them. You can use the Warriors For Hire / Odesk/ Freelance/ Elance/ Fiverr, vworker/ guru/ getafreelancer/rentacoder/getacoder & something like these.
  • You find new staff at Odesk or Elance.

    If you need a developer, elance is better. But if you need a writer or personal assistant you may give Odesk a try.

  • Sir you may use ODESK, Freelancers, Elance.
    These are full of experts you can choose one which you want and take interview and go ahead.
  • I have used odesk and elance. Elance is my favorite because I had one writer that did not do a job and there was not any problem in getting my money back. I have hired writers on their that did high quality work. Hope this helps.

    There are so many freelancing sites. you can choose from the following list: Warriors For Hire, Odesk, vworker, elance, guru, freelancer & so many. If you hire the expert freelancer from freelancing site, you will get your expected result. In these freelancing site, there are many expert worker.
  • Try onlinejobs.ph way less obnoxious than Odesk. My experience there has been positive
  • You may consider bestjobs.ph and craiglist manila as well.

      I had some bad experience with odesk, but maybe I just got unlucky.

      I had some great experience with OnlineJobs.ph as well.

      Never heard of bestjobs.ph, I will try that one. Is it better than onlinejobs.ph?
