Website Template editor needed

Hello All,

I am looking for someone who is able to edit website templates for local businesses.

I am looking at using the free templates available from Hostgator and Template monster templates as well.

Hopefully this will be an ongoing gig for the right person, I just simply don't have the time to do this.

Please respond ASAP.
