How to find affluent leads for a line of luxury products?

Hi I'm working with a luxury store to ship expensive products worldwide. We'd like to advertise our store items to targeted affluent male leads. However I'm struggling finding a way to selectively get our message to the right audience.

What are your suggestions to reach such audience?
Is there a way to target them via FB or Adwords ads?
Do you know any appropriate forums, websites etc. where I could buy ads?

    If it's a line where repeat purchases are likely (or clients will buy other items in your range) , you could isolate a list of long tail buyer keywords and set-up a Google Adwords campaign. It can get very expensive, so it's worth capturing as much lead info as possible so you can have multiple cracks at them.

    AdWords will be a good choice for getting. You can also target people by their interests on Facebook Ads. Also I would suggest to get a good reputation on social media.

    The thing that springs to mind is advertising in newspapers/magazines - including perhaps on their websites - read by your exact target demographics of "affluent male leads" (e.g.the London Financial Times.)

    (You could also look at competitors/demographic-sharers like the Louis Vuitton/Hennessy/Moet Group, and see where they're promoting?).

      You can buy lists of purchasers of almost any luxury product. What many marketers do is buy lists made up of people that bought products similar/comlplementary to what they're offering and do a test via direct mail.

      Some such lists may include email addresses, but often email will not pull as well.

      Another option would be to find people with existing lists that would be appropriate for your product and approach them to rent their lists or do a JV promotion.

        Good starting point would be to research the niche that your product is in on Google. Search for forums/blogs etc. to find out where your potential customers are most likely to hangout at. You definitely want to create your social media presence and link that to everywhere you are spreading your word.

        Paid traffic is a quick way to start and Adwords is the right choice for that.

    I'd start with press releases to the offline publications they read, social media, & pay per click ads.

    Also, do a google search for "luxury bloggers" and look for ways to interact and/or partner with people who may already have the attention of your target market.

    Could you buy an email list from a reputable list broke for this purpose? There must be email lists that are centered around affluent males.

    I use twitter so they we go. It is FREE and it appeal to those who want to prosper. Best strategy is to not pay a lot per click as you get poor conversions.
