Ad compaign suggestion

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

I am in Finland and I want to run Ad compaign like Adword or Bing Ads or facebook ads but there is problem with each of these. I can make payment by Paypal but Google and Bing are not accepting Paypal and facebook is not giving me correct result.

I started campaign few minutes before. I have noticed in 10 minutes that there were 7 clicks and they charged for for clicks too but fact is that there was no visit to my website. I have online visitor monitoring by a chat script.

Please advise me how can I make campaigns.
