Where do I get this specific "dofollow" wordpress plugin?

I am looking for the wordpress plugin that makes comment links dofollow but has the ability to set it so the person commenting must have a certain amount of comments before it will make their comments dofollow.

I know there's one out there but I can't remember where to get it.
