I know this videos is very old, it even has a version with robots (Optimus Prime). Regarding how to monetize it, just get affiliate at a hosting company and insert your link in the description. Hosting companies usually pays very good for refeering. Up to 60 $ per refeerer

The cpa idea was great, with so much traffic sales would have been made for sure.

Id do a bit of testing. Try some free trials see if they convert. If the results aren't to good then change them to a email/zip submit offer and rotate them until you find one which converts very well.

Well i just wanted to add that this video is now sitting at 162 million. That is quite allot of eyeballs!
