Is anyone else having issues with GVO today?

hi, i'm new here, but have been using GVO for a few months. its been pretty smooth, but I know they got hacked earlier this week and now, any email that I'm trying to a campaign OR if i go into one & go right back out with no changes - gets me a very high spam score. (they use "spam assassin")

I even added a test email to one of my campaigns; subject was 'test' and message was 'hi there' and that scored a bad spam score

I tried to do a live chat, after 30 minutes it, changed my chat into an email for me to send.

this is ridiculous.

any input/info would be much appreciated

    I no longer use GVO, but I have used them in the past for awhile.

    You're spam score may have been super low because of the brevity of your test email. Try doing a longer paragraph with an authentic subject line and see if it's any better. If not, then you may need to consider other options for your autoresponder. They may have been blacklisted due to the hacking. Not sure what they are doing to put their company back in good standing?? If they have good customer support, they should answer with a reassuring email, if not, it's time to move on to some other company.
