High or Low Quality Facebook Advertsing

A while ago I got a Facebook adverts coupon with my hosting, I have just redeemed it and have about £30 to promote my Facebook page.

Should I target high quality likes from countries like US, UK, Canada and Australia, the CPC is £0.15 which means I would get about 200 likes.

Or should I target low quality likes from places like the Philippines and India, the CPC there is £0.02 which means I would get about 1500 likes. The benefit of this is it make my page look a lot bigger than it actually is.

So, whats better, 200 high quality fans or 1500 low quality fans?

    Depends on your goals. I personally grabbed about 1,000 "cheaper" folks first.

    They still read and speak English and have the correct interests...so their still a pretty good audience when it comes to interactions....but...for buying...not as good.

    So, if you just want to sell...go "high quality"....if you are just working on community...I'd go a little cheaper.
