Profitable Sales Funnel

Hi, in your experience what's the sales funnel more profitable for you?
What is the difference of prices used between the offerings?

Thanks

    First thing is first.

The funnel must have some relevance to the initial offering in my opinion. No good selling someone a piece of cheese, and then offering them a piece of chalk in the funnel.

Second - prices. Don't offer a front end of $5, and the first upsell a $497 product (as one warrior did recently to me).

Lol, sounds like a class act

I think the first part of the funnel shouldn't be too pushy, save the push until later stages.

Concentrate on giving the person a huge reason to want to dig deeper first, either with free content, a great tutorial or something else.

You have to have the hook, if you take care of that the sales kinda take care of themselves

it depends on the niche, and it must be relevant to the first offer of course

It is always best to offer a high priced product first then upsell at a lower cost.

Where do you get this stuff from?! Why is that "always best"?!

      You mean downsell right?

Anyways, there are too many variables to give you a conclusive answer to your question. If you present the right sales funnel to the right people then you will make the most sales.

So yeah you should test your sales funnel to the bone to make it profitable. But something you need to keep in mind which is where most people make a mistake, is to create a lead magnet around the product, not the other way around.

No one can give you the right answer.. there is just some common sense that you can use when you test test test all your funnels. Take action and find out.

Any sales funnel had better have a quality product to be sold on the backend. If not then you will find that you will waste lots of time and money trying to make money online. Just make sure you are offering people something that is realistic.

Alexa is right. And alvinhy just seems confused.

There is no single "most profitable funnel." It seems the OP (along with a lot of Warrios) is confused about what a sales funnel actually IS.

Think of your kitchen funnel: it's wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. Your lowest-cost items go at the top and the most expensive item goes at the bottom. Your goal is to funnel as many qualified leads into the top of your funnel.

Let's assume your main product is $97 and your upsell is $297.

So your funnel looks like this:

    1. Free
    2. $10 or $20 intro "test the water" offer
    3. $97 main offer
    4. $297 "big ticket" upsell

That's it! The 80/20 rule tells you about 20% of your total customers will take the higher-priced offering.

The numbers totally vary according to your niche and price points. There's no one right way to do it. For example, I have two primary offerings, but one is lower-priced. So my funnel looks something like this:

    1. Free
    2. $197 Primary Offer #1
    3. $497 Primary Offer #2
    4. $997 "big ticket" upsell

As you can see, the pattern/flow is the same. Only the actual numbers are different. But with these numbers, 1) I'll generally attract a very different buyer with a $497 price than a $97 price and 2) I'll generally make a lot more money because the numbers themselves are significantly higher.

But price isn't the only factor. Your niche may demand lower prices, but if it has a broader audience, you can still make just as much (or more) money by making it up in volume.

So the OP's question is actually far too general to be useful at all. We need to know the niche and the services/products being considered.

    Hope that helps!

If you're going to launch a WSO here is a great funnel you can use:

    $7 frontend offer
$17-37 one time offer related to the main product they just bought

There is no universal truth for how a sales funnel should be structured.

What usually "works" is to have a low-priced offer then as they go deeper
in your funnel, they should find relevant, high-quality big ticket items.
