Fiverr search is s@#k, hard to find related gig that I want

INTERNET MARKETING

With new update of fiverr, I'm so hard to find related gig that I want. Before the update I can find about 78 gigs so I can choose for me. Now, when I search with the same keyword, I just find about 13 gigs. Where are the other gigs?

What do you think as a seller or a buyer?

Search sucks. Also as a seller, the gig image requirements is really annoying.

  I've also recently started selling (just testing it out), and I totally agree.

What type of gig are you looking for? I sometimes search Google and just include "fiverr" in the search, it usually brings up a fair amount of results.

The problem is not with Fiver Search. The problem is with the sellers.

What most sellers fail to understand is that when they write a description of their gig, they need to use keywords to get indexed into fiverr's results. When they fail to add keyword, no matter how good their gig is, they won't be indexed into search results at the very top.

Fiverr also uses keywords mentioned in the description to match your search results.

If you're starting out on fiverr, use Google Keyword Planner to find highly search terms regarding your gigs and write the description about your gig around them.

Fiverr search does it's own little version of the Google dance once in a while; it tends to settle down eventually and I'm still making sales.

Yeah man. I mean when it comes to getting real results in the IM market, I wouldn't use fiverr. They are just a little too iffy for me. Their sellers claim to deliver these super vast results for their customers like traffic etc. But who in their right mind would deliver that kind of quality for such a small price? Nobody. Fiverr in my opinion is great for small tasks.

Fix it until it is broken says me. They use to have a great algorithm, but they made a mess. Question is why, and I do not have an answer. Maybe they want to give a chance to fiver clones and other small struggling companies. Well, we do not think so. Still, they want to keep on making changes and make life for us max worse.
