How Do Google Create Their Interactive Training Videos?

I am blown away at what they've achieved with their videos using interaction: https://analyticsacademy.withgoogle....nit=2&lesson=2
It seems multiple images are use with matching audio events and pausing to create the effect of doing an action on a web page with live training. This is e-learning at its best.
What do you think they use? A custom developed solution? What cool e-learning experiences have you had?
The closest tool I see of such available to us is Adobe Presenter: http://www.adobe.com/au/products/presenter.html It uses HTML5 and has useful analytic features.
