The moving background is pretty darn distracting.

Also, your headline should state an irresistible benefit.

Tell your potential subscribers what they will benefit by
    downloading your ebook.

Make sure that it is a benefit that THEY want, not what YOU think
    they want.

Be sure to split test your current page with your new page...

And only change one element at a time.

Your main text reads a bit strange. I think it would sound smoother if you said "in your inbox within a few moments". Also the image with text on it in the background does not work well with your text that moves on the bottom of the page.

      Too busy. Simplify.

Static background with moving text or vice versa. Not both.
Slow down the speed on background changes (time on screen) and length of transition if possible.

You got 3 seconds to keep em. Don't make them work to find the benefit.

Your text/background contrast should stay more consistent to make the text easier to read. light text on dark backgrounds, dark text on light backgrounds. Notice how it's hard to read the headline on some of your current bg choices?

Emulate the most popular marketer's layouts/practices, keep it simple, leave less to be criticized/rejected by our quick judgement.

Hi, long story short... change the page. Insert more info, benefits (or features), get rid of that background (Fred@IncomeLabz got a point here), go with lighter colors and a bold/sharp font. "Just fill up the form!" doesn't work for me (as a potential buyer) if I don't know in the first place what am i signing up for. There is no info on the website, so no reason to fill the form. Also setup a "Thank you" page because that little popup doesn't bring any feeling of accomplish the task. You put a lot of work (on the first look) in your ebook, but not on your website. You can't build trust with that, at least not on an average internet user who knows "something" about freelancing.

Please take my review as a constructive opinion. Excuse my english, is not my native language.

    Cheers and good luck!

P.S. I hope this is a testing page because the ebook is from 2007

    1. Form emphasized more than content
    2. background is a big problem

    Hi
The design layout is awsome, it is more attractive too. But the users once they login then only they will come to know what is there in the website, Instead of the give some information also which help the users to know actually what it is. But really the layout is awesome

That's what the catch is my idea is to attract the visitors and then as per my view opt ins should be more!!!

I would change the background, as it's changing the text becomes non-readable for certain designs.

I would also add a stronger call to action.

And as with everything, test different angles, change the text, change the design, change the spot of the opt in box etc.. The more stats you have the better your results will be.

    input type="submit" value="Get E-Book" class="cform-submit pull-right>

    Fix this line

I would say apart from that a a white background may make it a lot better.

Nice to see a fresh approach. Can't speak as to conversion but hey, do a split test and see.

In addition to the other grammatical error someone pointed out above, "Just fill up the form" should be "Just fill out the form"
