Hi All,

I have been working on my site now for approx 1 year on a part time basis, BuyFromGB Made in Great Britain , I normally make anywhere between £ 60 - £ 200 per month on average.

I am now looking to get more companies to sign up to the directory but it is proving a struggle, can anybody suggest any tips ?

Also, in terms of adverts on the site, I have not made a penny from these, a get a few clicks each month but no revenue.

Any tips or advice please on how I can take the site to another level to earn more money?

Thanks
Jamie

You may want to consider reworking the layout of your site.

    1. If those ads on the site aren't making you anything lose them they are distracting and don't make the site feel very "legit"

    2. Refine your menu down to 1 line of items. Multi-line menu's do not look good.

    3. The pricing/ordering process should be laid out in a more clear fashion. Consider the 10 second rule. If it takes a visitor more than 10 seconds to figure what's going on they'll usually just leave.

    Hope that helps a bit.

Connect with people through various social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc. These are some of the most populated platforms in the world. Take advantage of that. Build a following by offering great content and be sure to connect your website to your social media and vice versa.
