Need advice from warriors

Hey guys, really pleased to have joined this forum.

I've been reading a lot and I am fairly new to internet marketing but I do know some things.

Anyway here is my story and succeeding question:

I was recently laid off after a company I worked for closed its doors. I'm a young guy, early 20's, and really need the money to keep my apt (parents and family live in another state) as well as school payments.

My job consisted of me using my 'limited internet talents' to generate sales and we did fairly well until the company ran into legal issues. My skills were to use a classified site (the classified site to be specific) and post as many ads per day as I could, while adding likes/posts/statuses/pins social media presence. Over the years I've found out how to post over 40 ads on the CLsite per day and making them stick, doing pretty well for the company that did used furniture sales.

But times have been really tough now that I don't have a job. I tried starting my own business in the industry but couldn't get any capital from investors to fund purchases that had prior sales. I have applied for work everywhere but money is starting to get so tight that I can't keep waiting for jobs to wait for 'other applicants to stack up before making their decisions.'

It's crunch time. What kind of business (also open to anyone who wants to jv with my set of particular skills) should I start that could capitalize on classified site posting.
I should add that I have searched CPA offers for ones that do accept that kind of ads but most don't, the ones that do don't exist anymore (I've spent the last week calling).

Sincerely,

Struggling Artist.

Well if i were you i would stick at what i'm good at.

You could try regular arbitrage by posting ads and then outsource the work and keep the difference. That's a well known strategy that works. To outsource you could just order from other sites or use fiverr.

This method also has no limits on what you can sell, as you can basically outsource anythng, as long as ou can sell it at a higher price you'll make money.

Not sure if their is a market for a good craigslist WSO product...but if you are willing to sell your methods and their is an audience you might be able to make some good money by putting together some training on how to get ads to stick on CL.

I haven't used that site in a long time for anything IM releated...but their may be a market for it if your willing to put something together.

@wickid: Oh I could write a kick@ss 3 part detailed instruction on how to create virgin PVA's, and making ads stick. But if I did that, what are the chances of that being shut down once someone releases it on black hat lol.

By definition, I think there can't be a market for one that involves breaching any of Craigslist's terms of use, because things breaching third-party terms of service aren't allowed here. (I mention it not to cast any aspersions at all, I hasten to add, but simply because I know there are some rules about "bulk posting" and so on).

Can we call it Classified Posting? I hadn't planned on breaching any third-party businesses blatantly. For the record, I'm not sure a "how-to post on CL" would be a smart move in even making it a sustainable product.

i AM NOT sure classified or CL is sustainable, what you need is a solid traffic source.

For the right product it can be. Again, if you have furniture or equipment sales there's no faster way to get to people's ttention than the one website people go to first for that kind of stuff. For the shady stuff, ie computer services section, yeah it's extremely unsustainable. But a howto guide for posting would probably be exposed within mins and would ruin everyone's party in days. Trade secrets are best kept secrets.

When I started my internet marketing business I was an unemployed factory worker..

I started out with just regular clickbank affiliate marketing (selling digital info products)

That was over 7 years ago and I have been doing it full time ever since, never needed to go back to work...

Still to this day I think info products are one of my favorite ways to make money.. I was able to make my first sale in 3 days, $1,000 my first 14 days and almost $3,000 my first 30 days...

The only type offer I would run on CB is how to find a job style products, which there are some good info products with affilaite programs on the topic

Since you mentioned creating social media presence for the company, have you thought of starting in the area of Reputation Management services for offline businesses?
