I just received an email from Flippa advertising Free listings for turnkey websites for the next few days - should I put a site together and sell it?

      Why free? Are they running some kind of promotion. I just visited flippa and I didn't see anything about free. Their insertion fee is $19.00 plus a 10% success fee if your site sells.

        The Success Fee for turnkey sites is 15%, not 10%

    You still have to pay the success fee and a brand new site that really has nothing to offer a buyer is not going to sell for very much, so why bother?
