Heres an Idea

Hello Warriors,

I am obsessed with property and land and everywhere I go I am always looking at property and land listings. I am currently inNew Zealand and this has not stopped very much to the annoyance of my girlfriend.

I have a good stack of real estate brochures that I look through and circle the ones I like ect sad I know, I have no interest in buying in New Zealand but I enjoy this...ok I am strange but hey ho.

But on my search I came across something that made me chuckle and well I think it can be applied to internet marketing!

I was driving around the lanes in NZ and I saw something that said lifestyle for sale and basically what was being offered was a small property on a small peice of land. Basically there was not much to offer a new owner other than avoiding the rat race ect ect

So maybe if someone was looking for a lifestyle change this was sold...I found this great sell an idea, look beyond the bricks and mortor and see what it could be!!

Now, imagine this you have a domain say puppydogtraining.com and you package it around a business plan... you explain in detail how to build teh site how to go about writing articles explaining word press or drupal explain a little bit of marketing and promotion ok so you get the picture.


So in essence you are only selling a domain with a vision but a clear vision and if you give the right guidance they could build the site ect ect and they could be earning ect ect

am i onto something here or am I talking tosh?

Hmm might be something for someone else to think more on, I would do more with the idea but am flat out with too many projects!
