How can i reach effectively bloggers?

Hello to everybody

I am new to the forum and i would love some help on this.

I am the marketing manager in a tech starup outside US and my goal is try and find some well known and respected bloggers in US .

How can i find them?
What do you think is the appropriate approach to them?
Do they post your startup only if you pay ?
How can i draw their attention ?

I would like some informarmation and your thoughts about it.

Feel free to pass on any recomendations.

    I've reached out to bloggers before with guest posts with success. The best thing to do is reach out through email and be very short. Explain what benefit they get by writing about you or publishing your guest post.

    It is mostly a numbers game so give it time and build real relationships.

      This is a simple process.

      1. Run a google search of (your niche) blog
      2. Set minimum standards for Domain Authority and Traffic (use opensiteexplorer.org or Alexa)
      3. Create a spreadsheet of blogs matching your standards in your niche.
      4. Write a high quality, value adding article for their audience.
      5. Pitch the blogger with the synopsis of your article (usually through the contact page)
      6. Submit the article if your pitch was accepted
      7. Benefit from the traffic and the high quality link you gained.

    Create a list of all the bloggers you are interested
    Then write short emails explaining what you want to do
    hopefully they will reply.

    OR

    Make a relationship between you and them by commenting on their articles everyday, so they know who you are already.
    Then email them.

      Very True. Be active reader of their blog by commenting. They prefer to accept request of known people who read their blog/website daily as compared to unknown who mailed them once in blue moon day.

    Hi,

    Find the best bloggers in your niche. I'm guessing, marketing or tech start up?

    Then, after googling for them, and asking around, read their latest posts and promote them across your social networks. Comment on their blogs. Give before you take.

    Then you can send them emails addressing them by first name. Compliment them. Let 'em know you comment on their posts and share your stuff.

    They will never post anything related to your startup unless you build a relationship with them. These days, the pay to play types are few and far between. Get to know them, by sharing their content, sending personalized emails, and following their blog for weeks or months.

    Then, after a few months or so, you may have a shot at having some partnership develop.

    If you really want to get their attention, put your own needs to the side, and help them out.
