    Contrary to what many would say, create a product that people would otherwise happily pay for. If it's just a quickly put together run of the mill stuff, it's only a matter of time before people start unsubscribing.

    Everyone says that money's in the list, but if the list is based on the merit of a free giveaway, it better be damn good!

    If possible look around for product creators in your niche and pay them to get a high quality product done for you. Your subscribers will thank you later buy buying from you.

    Maybe you could offer a free info packed webinar for your subscribers, once a week. In that way you could chat with dozens of people on your list about your niche and also have that opportunity to recommend your product at the same time.

      ...and to also get ideas for new products. You would be interacting with Labrador owners, and learn what their problems/questions/concerns are. You could also record the webinars and use them for giveaways.

    Use a headline like this:

    "Discover Why Labradors Are The Most Difficult Dogs In The World To Train (and the one simple trick you can use to overcome this problem)"

    Put an opt-in box underneath and you're ready to go.

    Then give them the answer in an email and start your email sequence. You don't have to have a product to give them for free.
