Best Product Graphics Tools

INTERNET MARKETING

I've always outsourced graphics, being challenged in that department. However, I'd like to have a go, but am not aware of any good tools to make a 3d product box, CD covers and the like. Can anybody suggest appropriate SW ? Thanks.

Two of the best ecover action scripts are:

Black Belt Covers (Cheap and what I use on many of my sites)
www.BlackBeltCovers.com

CAP (Not Cheap, offers alternative ecover layouts that Black belt doesn't)
www.CoverActionPro.com

If you acquire Photoshop, here is a pdf that explains how to make ecovers/boxes. It will let you make them at any ppi and size you wish. You could build your own actions script. I think it will also work with GIMP (a free, open source graphics program.)

  If you want to keep costs down try Gimp, it's free and almost as capable as Photoshop. You can get it from gimp.org.
  If you want to make curved ebook covers with it you can grab a free pdf from my sig.
