Where to offer Customer Service skills online

After months of reading and taking in all of the knowledge from Warrior Forum and other sites I have decided to passively learn forms of internet marketing while using my current strengths to bring in income, which is customer service. In previous office jobs I have done online chat and email customer service. I would like to move this to being at at home position as I am a stay at home parent, but I am struggling to figure out where I can offer these services. It seems as if the administration offerings on sites like elance and odesk are saturated by those from other countries willing to take a much lower pay than would be worth my time to provide these services. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Take what you know about customer service skills, and create an ebook about it. Tell them how to find customer service skills, what to learn for the interview, how to be *good* with clients on the phone, how to work from home and do it, how to get hired as a freelancer, and etc.
