I use instabuilder... Pretty cool. Love it.

Have also used optimize press as well as a couple dozen others... but takes more of a learning curve.

Instabuilder is quick. Works as a wordpress plugin so you don't need to change the theme of your entire site to use it.

There are many more like it... but that is what I use

If using WP, Install IMPACT and modify the template by removing sidebars, tweak width
and insert your video when making a new page - this is as good and as free as it gets!

Honestly, for something so simple I would get on fiverr, look for an html coder, and they could code you a page like that in about five minutes. Then you don't need to worry about using Wordpress all the time and the site will be much cleaner and load faster.
