Use same user name on Freelancers Sites??

Just a quick question: is better to use same username on Freelancer sites? I've same user name on most internet marketing forums, just to know if the username matter on freelacer like odesk etc like for reputation or it doesn't matter thanks..

    I personally use different user names for the various sites that I sing up to. I do not think that it would really matter, unless if some of these sites were some how connected. The best thing would be to build a good reputation on each site.

      Yeah build reputation, but I just think that people can google your username to see if you are selling services in other places

        Well when you put it that way, it does make sense to use the same user name. Because when someone googles your user name, they will see that you have a good reputation on other sites and this might increase your chances of selling your services.

      People who hire freelancers usually run the same contest on different sites. If you use the same username on both, you can build a decent reputation after some time. For one project, I hired someone because I recognized his username. If you are serious about being a freelancer, use the same username, profile pic, and get good reviews on all the sites.
      You mean same username for freelancer websites? or better same user with freelance websites+marketing forums?
