I am sorry to say that is impossible to predict. It will mainly depend on the following things.

1. How effective your banner is. Does it target the audience you are going after correctly. Does it catch their attention over the other things on that page. Is it written in a way that will make them want to click it to learn more.

2. Which type of site you are displaying it on. Make sure your ad is HIGHLY relevant to the website your are advertising on.

3. If you are promoting an affiliate offer try not to use their banner as lots of people might have already seen it so won't click on it. Also a lot of their banners have the website url on them, you would be surprised how many people will type that into the search bar instead of clicking on the banner and thus lose you sales.

4. Last but not least it is all about testing. Having used buysellads.com myself I know that a lot of their clients allow you to upload multiple creatives/banners to split text with, it takes more effort but will save you lots of money down the line. TEST TEST and TEST some more

IMO you are better off spending your money on PPC. You might not get any clicks on your ad with impressions. With PPC you only pay for visitors.

It really depends on several variables.

I've bought ad space there before and you can really get a lot of clicks if your banner is very targeted.

However, on most sites you won't get too many clicks, especially if they have too much banners on their site. You know the one's with 8 times 125x125 banners in their sidebar selling for hundreds of dollars. That's definately not worth it.

Just do your research and you might find some ad space that'll bring you a positive ROI, but chances are big that' won't happen.

Clicks dont matter for buy sell ads, only impressions do. Depending on your website, you can charge $2-$5 CPM (1000 views)

It's impossible for anyone to tell you how many clicks you will get. there are too many unknown factors for anyone to give you a real answer to this question.

You would be able to learn this better than anyone else here would if you could find out how the click percentage of your banners and the click percentage of the banners on the site that you are advertising on.

It's going to depend on your banner design, where the banner ad is placed on the site, how big the banner ad is, how many other banner ads are on the same page, etc, etc.

Absolutely no way to predict something like this.
