Internet Marketing As a BUSINESS

Hello there,
I've been doing a lot of research on internet marketing the past year as well as putting up a couple of ads.

I am completely brand new on this forum and I'm so excited to be here!

My question refers to business aspects. I get why people refer to this as a business.....because it is.
So... if this is a business, who out there suggests I claim it as an LLC? Or should I go about it a different way?
Thanks for your help!

An LLC is a partnership. If you have a partner, create an LLC. Otherwise, create a corporation.

You're correct in that this is a business and should be treated as such. You need to have the following.....

    1. Corporation (inc)
    2. Business checking account
    3. QuickBooks
    4. Business phone (free number with Google voice)
    5. Merchant account (or business pay pal) linked to business checking account
    6. Business credit card (I have AMEX)

I put EVERYTHING on the AMEX and then pay it off at the end of each month.

Oh great! I appreciate the help! I'll start that checklist then.

Google voice? I'm afraid I haven't heard of that. I'll have to research that then..

      Thank you!
