What are your criteria for success?

I am looking at evaluating a number of internet marketing systems (including WSO's), and I wanted to get an idea from all walks of forum members on what criteria they look for to determine if a particular campaign or system has worked for them.

There are the obvious ones.... those that make a stack load of cash, well above the investment cost.

But its subjective for many, and for those that have been in the industry for a long time the success criteria may have become more specific based on the type of system being used.

Appreciate views from all.

Success came for me when I stopped looking at online marketing like systems and campaigns and began to see it for what it is, business.

The same here. Stop looking for internet marketing systems , that is the first step towards a successful internet marketer.

Good point travlinguy. A would expect most come to this forum with the ideals of making lots of money, quickly.... by someone else telling the how.

The basis of any sustainable business is a strategy, goals and a plan to get there.

    There is my first criteria.

Yes. I agree with the comments already made. It's not the system you are using but your application. Choose a system and stick with it. Set your goal for each day. A consistent work ethic and enjoyment with what you are doing will bring success for you.

Scalability. If you don't have the power to turn on the "fuel pump", then you're forever at the mercy of variables outside of your control.

    Just my $.02.
