Do you recommend MRR and PLR?

I bought a subscription to a website that gives you TONS of Plr and MRR content including the ebook, videos, squeeze page, sales page ect.. But something just sees a little fishy. Would I be able to actually upload the site as my own and start selling it?? Also, would you recommend PLR and MRR or no?

Legitimate PLR and MRR products are used all the time by internet marketers.

Are you able to say more about why you think PLR/MRR is 'fishy'.

There is no problem using the material, selling it and making your own products from it.

There is a risk, especially if the website is very cheap that the content is stolen and you have no rights to use it.

MRR stands for Master Resale Rights, which not only allows you to sell the product, as is, you can pass on the Resale Rights (RR) to the product as well. You still do not have the right to alter the product.

Private Label Rights (PLR) on the other hand, allow you to change, personalise, or otherwise alter the product to make it into your own, including putting your own name on it as the writer/originator.

    So I would recommend PLR

PLR is the better of the two because you can - and should - customize it.

The way to make PLR work is to NOT look at it as a completed product. Look at it as the research notes someone has already done for you.

Do some niche research first and see what people are looking for and are buying right now.

Then take those "notes" and use them to create a unique product. If it's an ebook, turn it into a set of videos, autoresponder series, or even podcasts. Mix and match the best parts from different ones until you have have something that's truly valuable and unique.

PLR / MRR products can be real winners but if you try to sell them as is then it's not worth the bother.

I strongly urge you to re-purpose those products within the licensing rights of the products. You may be able to re-write articles and claim them as your own, or have niche websites that you can use as the basis of your own websites, information products that you can create based off of them etc.the list is endless.

I find that PLR / MRR products have their usefulness as click bait to get opt ins, bonuses to your products or affiliate products you promote to entice people to buy from your link.

You want to make sure though the quality is there. I have seen a lot of poor quality and old out dated PLR/MRR stuff out there. So make sure the information is good quality and current. Usually if it's really dirt cheap, that's why.

Also don't just buy it and turn around and resell it as is. A lot of lazy marketers do that and then see the exact same product they bought being sold all over the Internet for ridiculously low prices, making it a total waste of your money and time. Always try to re-purpose it, unless using it a click bait or as bonuses.

Congratulations for buying such a great site! PLR can bring you a steady income. Every day, thousands of marketers make money online with PLR products. For best results, rewrite each article and squeeze page. This will increase their value, so you'll be able to charge more money. It's also a god way to avoid any copyright issues.

You can also turn PLR content into other forms of media, such as videos, podcasts, and slide shows. Just imagine how many things you could do with these products!

Proceed with caution. If you are going to receive content that you did not write (PLR/MMR) I would highly recommend that you re-write it in your own words. Don't just blatantly republish it the way you receive it.

Going to go a bit against the grain here and say I don't recommend them. For the very reason they encourage us to be a bit lazy.
If you're using PLR or MMR as a lead magnet, well, it's already been created so you have to try and make it 'fit' with your target market. I much prefer to create something original based on what I have determined (through research) that my target market wants.

If you're one of the few willing to take the time to modify the product, you may just find the time spend there ain't much less than it would take you to create a 100% original product.

PLR material is good and you can use them as the way you want. There's nothing fishy about it.
but if you can create your own products/Contents, you cant beat that!

Make them original, don't just copy and paste, the article directories won't publish it, and even if you "spin" it , a lot of article directories just shoot squeeze pages down.

Yes, the secret to making your MMR/PLR more attractive to people is to make it your own!

Take the time, get some new graphics done, rewrite parts of the book if not the entire thing (adding in your own personal twist to it) and if there are video's, It's possible to keep/use the original ones unless you really want to go that extra mile and make all new vids.

I've seen subscription websites like this were you get tons of PLR/MMR material for $10/month or so. But the content was really outdated.

Hope this one isn't like that

The IM world moves fast so PLR material can get outdated quickly but even this material can be useful. If you have a good eBook that is outdated then you can use it as a outline and with a little research and editing you can quickly have a new product or bonus.

Get to know your PLR providers - and work with the highest quality providers only.

Always buy a couple of examples from someone before you decide to get more and use it - oh, and be sure to read it carefully so you can evaluate it properly.

And yes, you should make them your own before using them - and never submit PLR material to article directories unless it's TOTALLY rewritten from scratch.

About MRR... If it's good you CAN use it as upsells or sign-up bait (be sure to check the rights though). The problem is that you can't change them inside, so you can't add your affiliate links, and that would be one of the biggest benefits of using them.

Still, either of them can have a place in accelerating your progress if used correctly.
