Why do they need you?

This is about guest post. I really want to know your idea about why people need you to do guest post for them.

The more you share, the more you get in this discussion.

So, I will share some of the reason I found out to put in the guest post letter.

It is in their mind, their benefit.

They can be busy, no time.

They need to entertain their readers, bring more subscribers with good content but they are bored their readers with old contents in old type.

    Ummm maybe because their site needs fresh content, and guest authors supply them with quality content (ideally) in exchange for a little promotion. It's what's known as a win-win scenario.

    Sometimes a fresh, unique perspective is healthy to a site. In addition there are a few other benefits:

    1. The guest blogger gains access to the site owners audience which is likely a whole different set of prospective readers a for the guest blogger.

    2. The site owner gains access to the guest bloggers audience when he or she shares out the link, etc.

    I do agree with you however that maybe the site owner has gotten very busy or they need a break and offer guest blogs in their content marketing calendar as a way to catch their breadth and refresh.

    I agree with you.

    I'm always the "guest blogger" (rather than the "host") and have really noticed that the best way to get guest posts published is often your very first point: they need to entertain their readers. It seems to me that almost regardless of niche, if you write something really entertaining, it's usually very easy to get it accepted.

    Lots of publishers (to use the term loosely, covering print media, ezine and website publishers) are continually in need of "content", but entertainment value is usually a good approach. (And if they don't want that, sometimes being really provocative and outspoken will work, instead - perhaps partly because, from their perspective, something "strong"/"idiosyncratic"/"unusual" can bring traffic.)

    In summary, they need you to entertain, and/or to provoke discussion and interest.

        Alas, not without disclosing one of my niches ... and I never do that (having put in so many hundreds of hours' work, over the years, in identifying them partly on the basis of their lack of competition!). Sorry not be more helpful.

    Sort of lucky that I get approached now to write articles for others. But where it is tricky is when the client has an idea of topic that is quite specific.
    At times like that I think "You just want me to write the specific article you were going to write but are too lazy or don't have the time for"
    And that isn't guest blogging, that's being a contracted author.

    zeus136, I suggest you should look at the most traffic site in internet marketing like The Crazy Eggs, Social Media Examiner.

    They accept guest post.

    do u remember the name of any of them.

    do u have any memories about them.

    it is easy to forget.

    if u compete on keywords, no way.

    i figure out that keywords are used too much by sellers for research so it is not that accurate
