I want to send out some envelopes. Inside will be some printed pages plus another small envelope with a sample.

At first I just want to do a test mailing of a few hundred. I assume this is normal.

How do I go about getting this fulfillment handled? Any recommendations on where to look?

What costs am I looking at? How does the process work?
