Problem with new Banner System
I am having quite a hard time contacting any customer support for WarriorForum so I am having no other choice but to post my question here and hopefully someone from support will be able to assist.
I paid for banner advertising last Thursday and submitted my banner. On Friday, I received a confirmation email that my banner got approved and that it will go live today (Monday 11th August EST)
Here are my problems:
- Today is Monday and my banner is not showing
- I contacted warriorforumsupport.com live support, and they informed me that they cant help wiith anything related to warriorforum inquiries. (They only support Freelancer.com inquiries)
- I actually submitted a ticket 3 days ago also on warriorforumsupport.com and never heard back till today .. (Ticket ID: TYA-450-94908)
I never faced any problems with WarriorForum support in the past. I hope someone could help.
