There used to be some information products on ClickBank about "How to get all the cable/satellite TV channels on your computer" and all this sort of stuff.

I don't know if there still are, or whether they're any good, but they might be a very good match for your traffic demographics?

Some are quite expensive and pay 75% commissions.

You'd have to offer a little free report in exchange for an email address opt-in, to sell them by automated email: don't imagine that anyone would buy them just through being a visitor to the site - it doesn't usually work that way at all: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

Try getting popup optin forms installed on your website.

Offer your visitors something for free and capture their email addresses so that you can market to them later on with whatever products you have in mind for them.

Let's not waste that kind of traffic right?

The first thing you should do is try build an email list from these visitors using a high converting Squeeze Page and of course, an irresistible offer. This way, you can split test and know which offers these people like.

Another is grabbing a CB product related to making money online.. This way, you might convert some of those people to buying customers. However, you should be careful not to promote a hype-filled offer as this will scare most of these people away!

I have a similar site and traffic to free stuff is not the best converting traffic. You need to work out what freeloaders watching free TV need that they are willing to pay for or you need to find someone who loves freeloader traffic.

The best I have managed to make of a site offering free stuff is to get them to click on adwords offering other free stuff of a similar nature. This one site makes me about $40K a year doing that. It's the best I have managed to get from it up to now anyway.

You might be better off exiting this business model and start pursuing something else. How much longer will you try to monetize this site, only to continue to lose money (or make no significant money) month after month? You don't want to waste time with projects like this. And it's even worse if you consider this site to be your "baby". You could have some attachment issues. If it doesn't make some good money soon, look into entering a better niche. What kind of ads are you displaying on your site?

Randall your reply to this for some reason has me quite puzzled and I don't like the advice at all, because I feel you could have been far more constructive. Many of your signature links and articles speak about traffic generation. If the OP really has this many visitors and stats show they spend a significant time on the site low bounce rate etc. Surely there are many other helpful snippets you could give rather than say drop it and move on.

How often is the advice to newbies take action (Aichels. not saying you a newbie with your traffic number you may be far from it.) If I had built a site with 40k a month followers and was told move on by someone who I perceived as knowing much more than me that would be rather disheartening. As this was only Aichels 3rd post I can assume slight nervousness when creating a post and then having someone with close to 9000 posts saying that I just dont think its productive at all.

I think senior warriors at times dont understand how new forum members come on here and use post count to put members on a pedestal.

My suggestion and again I don't claim any sort of authority is post a link and let members see the site and give critique. If with good reason you dont want to link to it here and I know this was allowed once maybe it is no longer. Maybe ask on this thread if any warrior members would be willing for you to PM them and send them the link and offer some advice. Those who do offer to look you can then maybe do a little due diligence reading some of their threads or posts and then PM them.

Also yeah try and capture email addresses build that list so much you could do in this niche. Look at the Netflix affiliate program etc.

With that much general traffic, imo try CPA( free offers),
put a bunch on your site....cover a wide spectrum.

ALL the CPA networks will love you because of your traffic so you'll get in for sure.

(many free movie/tv sites use forced popups and tricks to get people to click
but it works I guess!)
