New to Mobile Advertising - HELP

Hi guys,

I'm new to the Mobile Advertising business but not new to Online Marketing. I come from Affiliation originally. I just started recently as a Mobile Account Manager for an ad network.
I don't have a problem with CPMs but I need tips on how to diversify publishers from advertisers as I need to recruit new publishers. Also I need to know what is the best way to recruit new publishers and how to handle them (right questions etc.)
Any other tip regarding publishers, mobile account manager etc. is appreciated!
