Creating excitement during a launch

I'm planning on launching my first product next month and I was looking for any tips that would create ongoing excitement during the launch process.

My launch:
The product will be an ebook for marketing in this niche. What I plan to do is release a resources guide ebook for free which will have over 300 tools and resources to help with marketing their businesses. I plan to break the ebook up into modules and once someone opts in they will receive a module of the book ever few days and the last email they will receive will be the product sales letter and page.

I will also be doing short presentations for each module of the ebook resource guide. Basically giving them the download link and a short video where I recommend how to use that section of the ebook for their marketing efforts.

I want to build more excitement but can't think of anything. Please advise!

Have you targeted the specific prospects to which you will eventually sell your product? Those are the people you need to get excited about the launch coming up.

Reach out to them on social media and provide an incentive for them to share and spread the word about your new product.

You know the niche and your product better than anyone. You will have to decide what it is that will get your prospect buzzing about the product to come. If you can't get excited and share all the great benefits of your new product, how will your prospects do likewise?

Have you got a list already that you can start warming up with your teasers?

Some methods include holding a webinar, or series of webinars. If you have traffic in the niche already then you must start sending them to your blog, your facebook page, your freebie download page etc where of course you announce that the launch is comming.

Just have the one feed into the other. This off course depends on if you have traffic already or a list.

If neither, you may want to get some JV partners that do have lists and work out an email sequence that you can use to send people to your blog, your facebook page, your youtube video, all off course pre selling the launch.

Have a look at Jeff Walkers' product launch formula, I don't know if it is still around, there good tips in there.

I actually am basing my whole model off of Mr. Walkers program funnel which I really like. I think I'm going to use a lot of your tips!!! Thanks!!!

I learned this from Marlon Sanders -

After you launch keep announcing new things
that have been added - resources, bonuses,
    whatever.

    Since it's a prospect list they won't know/care
if it's already in there or not.

It's an ongoing opportunity to put a spotlight
on specific features within the product. It also
makes it seem like you're putting a lot into
the product and continuing to add value to it
    even though it's already launched.

It's going to be hard to create excitement around the launch of yet another marketing ebook.

    Sorry, just being realistic.

Jeff Walker has a new book out, actually his first book I think, by the name, The Launch.

    Great read in my opinion.
