    Try 123reg

    This is a snapshot of terms and conditions related to non UK residents registering a UK Domain.

    Terms and conditions for .UK Domain Name Registration

    1. These terms apply to all new and existing Clients of 123-reg seeking to register a .UK domain name.
    2. Registration of .UK domain names operates on a first come first served basis. For the avoidance of all doubt, 123-reg may only offer registration of .UK domains in the following situations:
    • a) Where individual Clients are at least 18 years of age;
    • b) Where the Client is a UK resident. For non-UK residents a proxy will be automatically provided to enable registration. Clients acknowledge and understand that PO Boxes will be unacceptable as an address;
    As for which is better .co.uk or .uk ..I would say .co.uk as these tlds have been around for much longer than .uk and are widely recognised.

      I'd register both, to be honest: use the .co.uk one and redirect the .uk one to the .co.uk you're using.

      (You presumably know already, that if trying to attract specifically UK traffic to a site, and using a .co.uk/.uk domain-name as part of that objective, it will also help you to have the site hosted within the UK?).

    There really is no difference - post domain suffixs work and are easy to remember, choose either or choose both.

    I use Heart Internet https://www.heartinternet.uk/ (not an affiliate link) for .co.uk domains. You can also register them through GoDaddy - which might be easier if you're in the US.
