Question on share holding?
Hi, I have a team developing a new application / software on all platforms.
The team has four people - the funding guy (he also came up with the idea), the developer, the marketer/advertiser and the coordinator.
I would like to know what do you think how much share / stake should each person hold?
Is it a good idea to discuss on the share before the actual development starts? How do I proceed with this?
