Evil Unsubscribe for marketers

The worst (for marketers) unsubscribe I've seen goes something like:

Unsubscribe
Would you like to unsubscribe from all lists? Oh yeah..kill all my lists while you are at it.
Would you like to report this email as spam? WHAT THE .... great thanks for empowering my double opt-ins to report me as a spammer.

I don't know what system it is, don't remember, but I've seen it several times.

    Yeah, I've seen this on some unsubscribes before and thought exactly the same. Really bad way to handle the process.

    If I remember i think it was an emailing service called Lyris or soemthing like that...

    I can see why most stick with Aweber or Getresponse.

    "Report as spammer" goes back to Autoresponder service. Autoresponder then decide what to do. Usually nothing or as a reporting statistics back to list owner.
    This serves as an excellent relief/anger management tool for people. They made believe that they are actually in control and caused some sort of harm to list owner.
    It would be worse if angry customer start reporting it to FCC or some governing body.

        That one makes perfect sense - it's to protect you from spam complaints. Think about it...

        The other one, memberwing explained it -
