I just hired a full time rep and I am making them a playbook. Does anyone have a simple guide or 101 to social, seo, etc? or basic 101 jargin?

    There is a ton of information like this at the top of each sub-forum. Read the sticky's. Lots of valuable stuff there with all the 101's you need.

    I wouldn't give them a basic tutorial...

    More appropriate (in my opinion) is just to find out EXACTLY what you want them to do.

    Cater it specifically for your goals!!

    That way, you'll get the best bang for your buck, and you'll do exactly what a good helping hand should...

    Which is work on YOUR plan catered to your specific objectives.
