The first one. The second is about theory. Theory is nice but it simply does not grab people. Making money quickly so that you can pay the bills is what will hit people harder.

Are these possible headlines or are you just asking for our opinion?

First one sounds like a scam. Second one doesn't make me want to buy anything either. I'd continue brainstorming.

Not much info in the original post but I wouldn't consider either one of these "brand names". Product names, perhaps.

No one wants to 'learn' something. One of the first rules of copywriting is to never use the word 'learn'... instead use the word 'discover'. Most people associate learning with hard work and most people are afraid of hard work.

Consider your end user demographic.

What do they really want?

Do they want to "learn", or do they want massive results without doing much work?

Odds are... Your end users want results... FAST.

Convey that to them, and make them imagine what's possible.

Or, you could combine the two: Learn how I made money online the quick way. It engages the potential buyer to act upon your claim while having them stay tuned with your product.

Neither. Make money online sounds like a scam or they want money upfront.
The second one is too vague. You want a title that is direct...and honest. Lying doesn't get you anywhere these days.

  After all, which is going to attract more attention? 'Making money online quickly' or 'How I turned $12 into $23,848 in just 3 days."

As has been said, the MMO quickly sounds a bit "Scammy".

How many people that are trying to Make Money Online have
all of the "Concepts" (usually rotting away on their hard drives),
but either don't do anything with these ideas, or they simply
are unable to grasp the concepts and make things work?

That said, I'm not sure how this is helping with a brand name...

  I like the first one because it's benefit driven. As mentioned, it would be a lot more convincing if it was more specific.
  
  For example:
  
  "Get 7 Fast Cash Methods Delivered Directly to Your Email, for Free!"
  
  The words Quick and Fast will always work because we live in a fast food society. Everyone wants it now!
  
  I know it's tempting to start describing features etc. That's when I slap myself in the face and stop myself.
  
  And I ask myself, "would this particular headline interest me if I saw it?"
