EDIT: Just noticed your last line, you asked how to get something started now? Well, if you have any of the skills mentioned in this post - then it would be to make a start by selling your services.

Most of those services can be sold:
+ Here on this forum (in the correct sections please)
+ On the other IM forums: DigitalPoint, BlackHatWorld, WickidFire, V7Network, BlackHatTeam, WebMasterForums (and there are others, these are just the most popular).
+ On sites like: Fivrr, Freelancer, eLance

Starting out this way is very beneficial because not only will you be making money from doing something you are good at and enjoy, you will also be establishing and building relationships with your clients who will likely be involved in online business ventures - something you are clearly interested in.

However - if you are un-skilled and you want to start jump on into a profit making system - I recommend Affiliate Marketing... but using the pre-sales tactic.

This basically involves choosing a good affiliate promotion, getting your own webspace then pre-selling that product with some cleverly written articles and pre-sales copy and linking through to the actual product.

Doing the above method without spending a penny - using free webspace, free traffic methods etc is called Bum Marketing, and it's a good place to start if you have zero money and zero skills.
