I think short and catchy is easier for folks to remember. I would acquire both 1text and onetext so that no one can piggyback off of your name and then choose one to be your main name.

If you are placing a name in logo then I prefer to put the website name itself i.e. 1text.com
And place alt tags/title on images instead.

As I see that you have spelled "proofreading" incorrectly, why not go with proffreader.com? It would be a portmanteau of the words professor, professional, and proofreading.

Sometimes, mistakes like these create wonderful opportunities.

            oh, sorry, a misprint.
it might work for a proofreading service and is obviously a good idea as it implies "professional proofreading", but the range of opporunities of this web site is a bit wider.

            thanks anyway

            Hi Nadin,

as mentioned above, I would go for 1text.com in your logo as well, along with some short quote or description in the header of your website somewhere near the logo. For this quote I would prefer number 4 - Number One Text Provider.

Great idea! Maybe not for this website, but still very nice

I support the 4 number option. "Number one text provider. According to me, it is one of the best than any other 3 options.

Number 4 also - it just 'feels' the best out of the options you provided.

If you could brainstorm some more - select the best one's then split-test them for yourself to establish true knowledge of them.

If the domain name is "1" text, the logo should also read "1" and not "One".

My preference would be: Number 1 text provider

When someone says your business name, is it absolutely clear how to find your business online? If not, confusion exists and that is not good.

So if I say "check out my business at one text dot com," will prospects instantly know where to go? Well, not exactly.

    Hello,

I choose the number 4 too: more explicit.

Just one things: why not "number 1 text writer" ?

If you use "provider", it means that you provide texts, so you are a texts broker, and not a texts writer.

I agree with others, the 4th option is the best one you have provided so far.
