Hey Buddies,

Something weird going on:

Today my Amazon Affiliate Sales total items shipped dropped from 34 to 21.

Is there any specific reason behing this?

Did you buy any products through your affiliate link? Did you do anything that is against the associates program operating agreement?

My guess is that your sales were discounted because some of them were invalid. Or maybe you aren't looking at the total number of sales for all your tracking IDs.

There is something wrong on their system, your earnings and shipped items will be back to you don't worry, same on my account, also missing 50% shipped items...with update they will back it.

There is a glitch in their system, my earning for this month is also decreasing every ten minutes, I'm sure they will correct it in a couple of hours.

I really can not understand these questions. I mean really?

If your car does not start do you run to the Baker down the street and ask them to diagnose it???

Yeah, then wait for months for an answer, he is just trying to figure out if anyone also see similar weird stats to understand if there is a problem with his account. That simple.

Yeah down to 0 now, last month's stats same and the customer service live chat is not answering, they normally do immediately.. Lots of people would be asking them the same question..

You don't understand why someone on an internet marketing forum, would ask a bunch of other people that likely also have an associates account if they're having the same problem?

Your analogy is so off. It's more like if your cable/power goes out in your home, you do go down the street and see if it has happen to your neighbor too.

Your analogy is so off. It's more like if your cable/power goes out in your home, you do go down the street and see if it has happen to your neighbor too. Actually, I would check my breaker box first, and then I would call the power company. I might go outside and if I saw a neighbor I might ask if he lost his power, but I would not go running over to ask. And do you know why?? Because he would not have an answer as to why and when it will be turned back on

And if you look at the OP's last post you will see that he got his answer. and guess where it came from...............Amazon

Sounds like a glitch in there system. - Keep a close eye on you're details. More then likely they will correct it.

I think you should contact the support center. I didn't see any issues like this ever.

  I could get hold of someone there.. 'We're aware of the reporting problem and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, we're working on it to get it up to date asap' etc.

I have contacted the Amazon support twice and they informed me it's a glitch in the system.

Yesterday, my total advertising fees were around $35.00. This morning they had dropped to around $25.00. Later in the day they had dropped to $19.00, and most recently they dropped to zero. There were no returns listed, and when I went to my earning reports page there were 23 confirmed order shipments, most of which showed zeroes where the advertising fees should be, with the exception of four that totaled around $10.00. However, in the grand total at the bottom it showed zero. Also, the reports are stuck on August 24 and won't turn over to August 25. I have been with the affiliate program almost since its inception and this has never happened before. I sent them an e-mail and am waiting for a reply, which usually comes within 24 hours.

Ok well I saw my earnings go down from ~$1800 to $3.06 something .... all shipped items earnings messed up but $3.06 fees from trade in program and student trial is all that is left.

There is definitely an issue and I was more of the opinion that they were under attack or something but lets see...

Watching earnings go down every few minutes ain't fun really....

  Glad I found this post...I thought all of my earnings disappeared too. It was strange...every time I refreshed the page, the number of shipped items shrank a little bit.
