Did Amazon disable my affiliate? Please help!!!

Hi,
I'm an amazon affiliate and today is 26/08/2014 and time is 8.30 p.m. When I opened amazon to check my orders and earnings report I found it's not updated yet. It happened many times and it updates later, but today it's showing 0, you can see it in the picture in this URL http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-HDqsThykkr...00/Capture.JPG

What's going on?

I wouldn't worry too fast, perhaps the tracking is a little late and it will be updated later.

If you still have problems best contact amazon directly.

If your account was disabled i think you would get notification anyways (not sure but that seems plausible).

If you look in the Associate forum you'll see there's an issue with the reporting at the moment. It seems like everyone's commissions have disappeared, mine included. I'm sure it'll be sorted soon.

    This may be the reason:

    Look at your image again.

You will see you have 240 items ordered.

Note that none of them have shipped.

You only get paid from Amazon when an item ships.

Also note that you need only 117 more items to reach a referral rate of 7 and 1/2 %.

    Worry not.

Looks like you Amazon account is fine. And your items will show a sale once they ship out.

UPDATE: I just looked at my stats and they showed the same thing you showed in your image..

So either my account got disabled or as JensSteyaert stated there may be a burp with the stats...

    I'm voting for the later!

Unfortunately for many of amazon affiliates, there is a problem on their servers. Mine earnings went to 0, as number of shipped goods, which occurred today in a few hours.

My account shows 18 shipped products and $0 advertising fees. There were advertising fees allocated yesterday but now they are gone. I'm guessing that Amazon have a few problems.

Nothing to worry about, my account shows the same. But it happened before, for 1-2 days, the earnings are messed up then they come back to normal. No commissions are lost during this process as i have confirmed by talking to an amazon report, it's just a reporting glitch.

This problem happens with me the same. Thanks jamaloti for posting here.
I searched official amazon sites but found nothing about this problem. Does anyone know where we can keep track with these kind of problems?

There is actually an Amazon discussion forum that you can use to find out if their system is having update problems. The link to it is on the left of screen, about halfway down, when you are inside your Amazon affiliate dashboard.

It takes you to their forum, which is where they will sticky any problems.

If your account was banned or disabled, you would likely receive an email notice from Amazon. Also, you might or might not actually be able to login to your account. That's been the experience with other affiliates.
