Technical Question About Website Files

Hi all!

I've got some sites that are currently using Ayaw's Amazon eStore program. That works fine, but I live in Hawaii.

Anyway, thought I'd switch over to BANS, but I want to delete all of the files from the site before uploading BANS. Is this OK to do? Is there a file that I should keep?

I don't want to screw it all up...

    Do you need any of the files on your web server?

    You might want to keep any images/logo's or content you can re-use.

    Shannon, web servers come in many different flavors and configurations. You'll either have to give us more information about what kind of web server you are using, or you need to ask for help from a qualified server admin. Also, what kind of access do you have to the web server? Is it command-line using SSH, or a graphical interface using a control panel from a web browser, or something else?
