What is good contact form ?

I have my website on Wordpress and I used Contact Form 7 plug in.

However something happened and somehow stopped working.

Can you reccomend me some good alternative for it. (easy to install and handle)

It might not be plug in. It could be HTML or so...

Preferable free with basic options to collect name,email,text filed for address,field for phone#
and check box/radio button options.

  • Gravity Forms is the best forms plugin eva!!

    However, I don't think there is a free version.
  • I use contact form 7 and it's working fine with the latest update. Maybe you have a plugin conflict? Have you updated any of them recently? If so, try deactivating them until your form works.
  • It's normally better to find the reason for things like this to suddenly stop working versus unnecessarily jumping ship.

    I use Ninja Forms.

  • I am using "Proper contact us " plugin for my blog and used it without any problem.
  • I use contact form 7 but for my clients I use Gravity Forms. That's the problem with free plug ins isn't it? You can't complain when something goes wrong which inevitably does.
  • I actually just had an issue with Contact form 7 and was finally able to fix it with a simple change in the main form settings. The form was working correctly, but I wasn't getting any of the emails, so maybe you can see it works for you.

    When you're editing a form go to the MAIL section at the bottom. When there, make sure the From: says "[your-name]<*[your-email]*>" for some reason it was wrong and I had to change it. Once changed it worked again.
  • Gravity Forms is alternative you can try, I use it and it is working fine with my websites.
