Solo Ad Swaps

So guys, once I reach 1,000 subscribers, what should I do?
I've gotten all my subscribers (around 500 now) through different traffic techniques, and I find it easy to get 50+ subscribers a day.

However, many, MANY people suggest doing adswaps and it's the quickest way.
The thing is, my subscribers are not on any other email lists (most of them) and I'm afraid I'll start losing the quality of my subscribers if I start doing adswaps.

So should I continue getting traffic using my own way - which may stop getting me traffic one day
Or should I take the easy way and do adswaps?

    You will often find "the easy way" is in fact the hard way and the "hard way" is often the easy way.

    Keep doing what you are doing - don't give away your hard work to other marketers for free (that's what they want you to do)

    You want to lose your subscribers and gain a bunch of junk ones? Swap away.

    Your best bet would be to keep doing what you are doing and sell to your list - if you need an extra income source then write a report teaching exactly what you are doing to get 50+ subscribers each day with such ease - sell it as a WSO (If done correctly it should bring you in over £1000 in a short period of time)

      however, I'm not looking to sell, I've already done that and been successful at it, just looking to move on to affiliate marketing.

      The thing is, I am afraid my traffic source will run out soon.

      If you do go that route though, please, be one of the few decent solo ad vendors out there that gives good quality service. General customer service stuff, no bot traffic, etc.

        I don't get what you mean?

        I didn't mean sell the list - I mean't sell to your list - which is what affiliate marketing (with email lists) = promoting affiliated products to your list to earn a comission.

        You mentioned your traffic source might run out soon? Then do what you are doing x10 to get the most out of it before it dries up. (Have no idea what on earth your traffic source could be though )

        And - regardless - it doesn't change a thing...

        If you want to get junk subscribers from bot accounts or remote poor parts of the world then cool - do whatever you want - if you want my advice: continue to build your list AND your relationship with your list, then affiliate market to your list.

        As a secondry source of income: teach others what you are doing (which would be redundant if your traffic source dries up - but certainly adds an element of scarcity)

          I meant selling a product on how to get subscribers,
          But thanks, I will continue using my traffic sources till the last bit.

          Sadly if I sell my method on getting subscribers, it will get saturated and the competition will just be too high.

          I'll just continue building the relation ship with my subscribers then I'll start selling to them.

    If you were setup right you could be monetizing your list as it grows. Then if yo ujust keep doing what you are doing you could continue to grow your list and make money at the same time.

    The problem with ad swaps is that the quality of the list will decline very rapidly, it's not about how many people you have on your list, it's about the quality of your list.

    One of my small lists of less than 2,000 people has produced over 20k in profits

    You can have a big massive list of unresponsive people, but in reality what good is it doing you? The point of having a list is to make money, not just to have a list for no damn reason.

    I'd stay away from adswaps and just mail out your own offers, and keep doing what you are doing to build your subscribers

    Ad swaps work great and they will continually work great for a long time. You just can't overdo it. That's why clickbanking (prolonged ad swaps) and swapping funnel clicks is becoming more and more popular.

    It also depends on how you inform your list about what you'll send. If you mention them straight away you'll send a "free offer" sometimes they might understand better if you offer them value all the time otherwise. But i still sugdest only doing 1-3 ad swaps every week max.

    What you can do though to swap every day and not lose the quality of your list is swap PS clicks. Here's an example:
