Perfect Audience retagreting approval

How strict is perfect audience approval process. Of course I'm not doing the obvious not bizop, drugs, alcohol or guns. I'm retargeting the users to a VSL

    I'm confused when you say you're re targeting to a site. Isn't that redirecting?

    When you re-target you put a 1 px image on your site and facebook puts a cookie on the leads computer and uses the 1 px image to follow the lead around and feed them advertizing that is geared toward the re-targeting.

    It's not too bad IN FACT... i have had ads approved for their FB distribution that FB denied when i tried on my own account (due to amount of text in the image).
