Helpdesk/Bug Tracking/Feature Request Voting

Hi, I am looking for an all-in-one solution to helpdesk support, bug tracking, and feature request voting. Does such a service exist? What would you recommend? If such a service doesn't exist can you recommend separate services for all 3? Thanks for your help.

  • You can use Freshdesk. I've used that on my own software launch and never had a problem with them. They offer 30 days premium service then you can downgrade to free one after.
