I recently read T Harv Eker's 'Speed Wealth' Ebook. On page 31, he states that 'there are 71 different ways to market a product or service'. What are these 71 different ways? I would very much like to learn them, as I'm looking to improve my marketing ability.

Can anyone write them out here, or point me to a source where I can learn these 71 marketing ways?
