Well, people sell PLR stuff on Fiverr so why not? Regardless, make sure you deliver almost instantaneously if you're sellingcanned stuff on Fiverr. Also, make sure you make it clear in the TERMS of your OFFER that you RETAIN RIGHTS to the ebook.

Otherwise, you'll end up competing against your own content in someone else's hands. Either way, there's still a chance someone will buy and resell your ebook if offered on Fiverr, just on another gig site. Not every site is good about making sure the seller has rights to resell.

You're honestly much better off selling the ebook on your own website. I'm not knocking your idea. If you want to list your ebook on Fiverr, do it. If it makes you good money, keep doing it. If it doesn't make you any money, take the alternative route and promote it on your site. Doing it this way gives you more power and control... not to mention more profit.

Personally, If you were going to sell it for that small of an amount, then I would likely sell a shortened or clipped down version.

Then you can sell the "full" version and make a list for yourself at the same time.

Sell a "list" (bullet points) on fiverr.
Make them opt in to receive the "list"
Autoresponder follow up sequence to Upsell the ebook for much more.
Naturally, your "list" should only make them want more detail, which the ebook provides

I like the idea.

I beleive selling on fiverr could be good for low end products... beside if you have your product which worth $100+ I would go to amazon or ebay.

You have gig extras when you achieved Level 2 at Fiverr. So you can sell up to $165 per gig. Level 1 believe can be $300 per gig. I had clients in the past paid $600 per single gig but I do design work so it was not an ebook sale.

Well if it's a cheap ebook you could sell it there, but the competition will be very high if it's not something special. You can get lost in the crowd very easy.

But there are plenty of similar sites you can sell your ebook, seoclerks for instance so just list it on all those sites and maybe you can get some sales.

Also don't forget to add a call to action in your ebook to build your list

@OP, I have experience on this. And am doing that already. But I will say YES and NO.

YES, if you have problem getting a paypal account and needs payment processor alternative, although other alternatives you can use such as 2checkout, etc.

YES, if you have no or low budget and needed to start somewhere.

NO, Fiverr will be sharing out of each on your sales just like mine.

NO, fiverr traffics doesn't convert much for ebook gigs like logo design gigs, so you will be working out your ass promoting your ebook on fiverr.

NO, you might loss some potential buyers. many love paying via paypal than via fiverr. NO, you might not get repeat buyers via fiverr.

NO, fiverr wouldn't allow you to contact your buyers directly and outside fiverr.

So judge these for yourself.

  I tried to sell eBooks with resale rights but was unable to get a sale! In my opinion, Fiverr is best for selling services rather than products. If you can provide real value for $5 then you're good to go or it will be hard to sell on Fiverr.

You're gonna make some money with fiverr selling ebooks, it's not gonna make you rich though.

If you've created some original ebooks, sell it on your website, launch it as a WSO, or on clickbank. Way more money potential there.

You MIGHT make some money, but most people that show up at Fiverr are looking for a service and not a product, so they won't be looking for your eBook. If you have an eBook on a topic that is similar to those services they are looking for (i.e how to get a logo designed, how to get likes on Facebook, etc.) then you might manage to get buyers.

For every $5 sale, Fiverr takes $1. If you try to transfer right away to Paypal, you lose the Paypal fee too. I usually wait until I make enough money to get over the threshold to the flat $2 fee before I withdraw. I think it is $100. I also try to NOT pull my money out of Fiverr. I do a couple VO and Video gigs over there and any money I make from them I will use to buy other services on Fiverr.

thanks everyone . for all your help. so a few have mentioned to use a report to get the buyers contant and then sell them directly a higher priced product , then someone mentioned fiverr does not allow you to make contact with your client in or outside of fiverr. which is true?

if i sell the product directly on my site the problem will be traffic since its a site from zero no? btw the ebook maybe video kit is in the dating/pick up niche.

this was just an idea for making money. i'm open to other things. a few mentioned charging 3 figure prices on fiverr.
how do i make this happen? is this a long process?

There are a couple of ways around the Fiverr limitation of not marketing to people directly. In your case, the easiest way is to make sure that your deliverable (the ebook/report) has information on how to purchase a more complete product.

Selling PLR products and packages of PLR products is quite big on fiverr, mainly in the MMO niche. It's for sure possible. As other members have said, make sure you deliver really fast, and also try and get products that aren't already being sold there!

Newcomers will always want to know how to earn money fast online. And, there is a huge market for satisfying this need. If you can provide fresh/brand new PLR on the make money online niche, then you are more likely to earn than if you sell the same stuff everyone else is. Fresh always trumps stale online.
