I have a tutorial site which delivers an Ebook for $45 or you can pay $100 to receive the E-book and video demonstrations/lessons.
I am willing to spend some money on marketing this. The site will have a blog also and will slowly build up a presence on Facebook and social networks for free traffic but that takes time and want to look into paid traffic and get the ball rolling asap.
My natural instinct was to start working with Adwords, but I am completely new to this and have some initial concerns. Although my information is unique and of high quality the niche is competitive and the suggested bids are often in excess of $5-6. Not going to work for a $45 product.
Also, I have heard rumours Adwords isnt too impressed with Ebooks (even though I consider this an online "course" that is just semantics, essentially they receive a documents several hundred pages long... its an Ebook).
So Im at a bit of a loss, I love the idea of Adwords, the fact you are only paying once you get a click and has lots of widgets to data track. But seems I am priced out and selling the wrong type of goods to be an Adwords client.
Which way should I turn?
