Would this be a good wso?

I have never created a WSO before. I have bought quite a few. Over the past 3 months I dug into real estate, with the help of my mentor I sold my first house for triple the amount of what I bought it for. I am curious if this would be a good niche for this forum. I would basically just be telling my story of every step I went through to sell it. What do you guys think?
#good #wso
  • You could try it and see if it sticks, I know there is a quite a few Real Estate guys in here.
Or you could always run the WSO on this Forum and add your WSO link to your signature on a real estate forum.

WSO's are rather inexpensive, so it wont hurt to test it, and if it works you can write a case study on the process and make another WSO haha.

A year or so ago someone had a real estate WSO that did okay. No offense but I don't think an account of what you did would be all that hot. First, flipping real estate (I spent most of the '90s doing this) takes dedicated work. That sort of goes against the grain of what most people here are looking for. You know, "done for you" autopilot stuff. There are lots of real estate investor forums where you might be able to sell a course or guide.

You could give it a try here. If you have a compelling tale to tell and great sales copy with pics of you doing your thing, who knows... Good luck.

JJ is on the right track.

Produce it and get started with the WSO listing, but make sure you promote it in other ways, also.

You might want to hunt around on FB and see if you can find a few groups for real estate investors to share your WSO in.

Also, look on Clickbank for products covering similar topics and see if they would be interested in mailing their lists. Make sure you offer them a very high percentage of the profits.

I think you're in the wrong place for a real estate product. Wrong crowd.

Are penny punchers really the type of people you are trying to attract?

Would your report teach interested parties on how to do what you did? Could you repeat the process over and over again?

Actually I know a few Internet Marketers from my City who are telling me to put my profit into council houses, as you can get a really good monthly income with them if you let a letting agent deal with it all.

I'm thinking about it as they are only 70k a pop in my area, and will bring in 500 a month. Internet Marketers are rich, and the ones that spend there money wisely will be interested.

Price it high, as the guys who are even going to be remotely interested are guys who can afford to pay.

    Hi,

For me you have nothing to lose.

It doesn't take too long to create a product once you know what you're
    doing.

Plus you already know your subject anyway so creating the content
    will be easy.

Offline products have sold well in the past on the W.F.

Test the waters by creating a FREE WSO around some free info first
that teaches parts of what you have stored in your brain.

I may have it all wrong, but it sounds to me like possibly a "geotargeted" product, perhaps only fully applicable to one country? That's going to to exclude the majority of the WSO-buying market here, I'd think?

(I suspect, also, that the WSO-buying market is even more international than the demographics represented by the locations of those posting?).

If you fancy doing it anyway, there'd doubtless be no harm in trying it here as well as somewhere else (perhaps with some kind of discount or bonus, to make it qualify as a "special offer"), but it's not immediately apparent why it would be a great "WSO alone" product?

Take a look at most of the WSO's listed. Most of them are about how to make $X dollars in Y# of days. It might be a tough sell, but for $20 bucks you can always toss it up and see how it sells.

If I were you I would get started on writing the book and then maybe look into promoting it on Clickbank or KDP (Amazon). If it were a real book then definitely sell it on KDP. I would skip the WSO if I were you...just my 2 cents.

    Good luck with your project!

I would put it up as a WSO, get testimonials and feedback from that, then put it on Clickbank. Money-making books typically do terrible on Amazon.
